Navodit specializes in mark-to-market valuations across diverse portfolios of illiquid and privately held securities, including common equity, debt, convertible debt, distressed investments, preferred equity, options, warrants, derivatives and other structured products under the guidelines of ASC§820 or the equivalent local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standard. He also has extensive experience with valuing early-stage and growth companies across industries, including e-commerce, financial services, IT consulting, health care and consumer services.
Navodit holds an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical) from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (NIT). He is also a CFA Charterholder and a Member of the CFA Society of India.
