Oliver has extensive experience across valuations engagements in the context of M&A transactions, fairness opinions, domination and profit and loss transfer agreements, squeeze-outs, internal restructurings, purchase price allocations (both for local / international GAAP and for tax purposes), intangible asset valuations, goodwill impairment tests and employee stock option programmes.
He serves national and international clients, including listed and privately held companies as well as PE investors active in a variety of industries including IT/telecommunications, pharma /health care, automotive, chemicals, software, consulting, mechanical engineering, media, medical devices and waste disposal.
Prior to joining Kroll, Oliver led the valuation practice of Rödl & Partner in Eschborn / Frankfurt. Before that, he worked for nearly a decade in Deloitte’s Valuation practice in Frankfurt am Main.
Oliver holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Mannheim, Germany. He is a Certified Public Accountant [Wirtschaftsprüfer].
