With a proven background in software and data engineering, his expertise encompasses financial crime prevention, risk and mitigation, sanctions compliance and other regulatory challenges faced by both domestic and foreign banks, custodians, gaming firms and cryptocurrency institutions.

Prior to joining Kroll, Omer held leadership positions at organizations like JS Held, K2 Intelligence, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and IBM. He served as the Head of the Agile Technologies at K2 Intelligence and in-house innovation lab for Development and Technology Advisory services. Omer also acted as a Lead Subject Matter Expert on behalf of several bank compliance groups for business and technical transformation engagements, with specific focus on the development and implementation of compliance systems.

During his tenure at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Omer led the operations architecture that drove reporting and analytics for global compliance, and he managed end-to-end implementation of a lookback project, supporting custom software development, source data normalization, investigation process standardization and metrics reporting. 

Omer brings experience in helping bridge the gap by providing both solutions and implementations in technical and business terms, by translating them into action and a coherent roadmap. He has a consistent track record of leading several teams and employing and optimizing state-of-the-art technologies for successful solutions and product delivery.
