In his current role, Paul provides restructuring and turnaround advice to businesses and their stakeholders in challenging or uncertain situations. His work encompasses business and liquidity reviews, options analysis, stakeholder management and debt advisory. For example, Paul will often work closely with business owners, managers and other stakeholder groups, such as lenders, to understand the actions that should be taken to reverse underperformance and improve business viability. This may include recommendations to address short- to long-term liquidity needs, amend funding structures or consider other strategic options, such as restructuring M&A activity.
Prior to joining Kroll, Paul spent 13 years with NatWest Group, where he managed a portfolio of corporate clients in financial distress, advising them on their restructuring or repayment strategies. He understands the power of stakeholder engagement to deliver optimal outcomes for clients, and he is determined to help them find solutions to even their most complex challenges. Paul is passionate about working with clients to evaluate and improve many aspects of business performance and to build a better platform for future growth.
Paul has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
