Philip “Phil” Hadley brings over 30 years of experience in software and data to the board, previously serving as Chairman and CEO of FactSet, a global provider of integrated financial information, analytical applications and industry-leading service. He joined FactSet in 1985 as a consultant and held various roles, including Vice President of Sales and Senior Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing, before ultimately serving as CEO for fifteen years.
Phil also previously served as Chairman of RS Energy Group from 2017-2020.
In addition to Kroll, Phil serves as Chairman of RocketReach and Clean Origin, a board member of Calero Software and Lazard Growth Acquisition Corp. I, and on the board of advisors of Kum & Go.
Phil received a BBA in accounting from the University of Iowa and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
