He has deep expertise in providing sell-side and buy-side support, particularly in connection with cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Kroll, Robert was the CFO of a global manufacturing group. He led the disposal of the company’s manufacturing operations in North America and Europe.
Robert previously worked for more than 25 years at KPMG and was a long serving partner in their European Private Equity Group, serving PE houses such as Triton, Bridgepoint, Centerbridge, Sterling Square and Gilde, as well as supporting the KPMG London KKR team on German-based transactions. During this time, Robert also provided transaction services to numerous German corporates such as Rewe, GEA, KION, DER Touristik and Karstadt. He has experience across diverse sectors, having worked on more than 100 potential transactions, focusing on industrials, retail and chemicals.
Robert holds an honors degree in economics from Nottingham University.
