Prior to joining Kroll, Robert spent three years with PKF Sydney as a consulting director in International Tax. He was previously Senior Director of International Tax with Kimberly-Clark Corporation for 20 years. In this role, he led a global team of international tax professionals who were responsible for tax planning, managing tax controversies and tax risk, cash repatriation, tax impacts of restructuring, and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across 60 countries. Robert also led the company’s transfer pricing practice and was responsible for the development and implementation of a suite of transfer pricing policies covering intellectual property, tangible property, financial transactions, interest rates and tax-effective supply chain structuring.
Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Charles Sturt University (Mitchell College) and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Sydney.
