Sabrina is responsible for Building Consulting, and Technical Due Diligence (Technical Due Diligence, Technical Audits and Notary Assistance) in real estate transactions. During her career she has participated in the major corporate real estate spin-off and sale & leaseback transactions, including privatization transactions and the creation of Newcos and real estate funds.
She has 20 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, in sales and acquisition process management of real estate portfolios for banks, real estate funds, newcos, insurance and real estate companies.
- Independently or through the coordination of other resources (internal professionals and territorial consultants) or divisions, she has managed projects such as:
- Technical Due Diligence.
- Document Management and Data Room Preparation.
- Measurement exercises.
- Maintenance Analysis (drafting of Capex Plans).
- Technical services such as monitoring and coordination of cadastral, land register and building regularization services, relations with Public Administrations and sales assistance through discussions with Notaries and/or Technical Consultants, as well as drafting contract annexes.
Sabrina holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture at La Sapienza Rome’s University.
