He leverages over 16 years of diverse experience spanning due diligence, deal structuring and execution, including debt and equity raising, and M&A in a variety of deal environments.
Prior to joining Kroll, Samuel was a part of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Deloitte Israel. He began his career at PwC London in audit before completing six years with the Royal Bank of Scotland group. He also spent four years with a Tel Aviv-based financial sponsor, working on investment execution and divestments.
Samuel supports clients on buy-side and sell-side diligence and his experience covers quality of earnings, cash to accrual conversion, carve-outs, as well as SPA advisory and completion. Samuel has worked with both private equity and corporates from a broad range of sectors across the transaction lifecycle.
Samuel graduated with a first-class degree from the London School of Economics and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
