Sarah’s experience encompasses transfer pricing issues such as tangible product flows, services and cost allocations and global documentation and compliance requirements. She also supports large expert witness litigation projects and has applied transfer pricing principles in non-tax contexts, such as in benchmarking analysis used for fairness opinions. Her industry experience includes automotive parts, medical devices, mining, consumer products and semiconductors, among others.
Sarah’s expertise on transfer pricing has been featured in Bloomberg Tax, and she has been invited to speak at the National Associate of Business Economics (NABE) Transfer Pricing Symposium.
Sarah received a B.A. in economics and a B.A. in Spanish literature and language from Vanderbilt University. Additionally, she is a St. Jude Young Professional Committee member and has previously served as a board member of the Americas Region of the Kroll Charitable Foundation.
