Shivang Pandeya is a Director in the Restructuring practice based in New Delhi. Shivang leverages more than 14 years of experience in transaction advisory. He leads the team on the firm’s key engagements on transactions, special situation and insolvency advisory.

Shivang focuses on project evaluation and feasibility and drives strategies and decision making. He has executed and managed a wide range of engagements, including structured finance, large asset monetization and acquisition mandates. He led the insolvency process of an education infrastructure company with a debt of USD 120 million. Shivang has been responsible for buy-side advisory for multiple hospitality assets across India valued at USD 300 million, which included special situations involving marquee assets in Delhi and Mumbai. He is currently leading the sell-side advisory for large road infrastructure and O&M assets with a combined debt of USD 250 million. In the past, Shivang has spearheaded multiple advisory assignments, including real estate fundraising across commercial, industrial and residential asset classes. He also manages cross-border special situations involving administration and receivership spread across Southeast Asia and offshore locations. He has also led debt settlement and One Time Settlement fundraising advisory assignments.

Prior to joining Kroll, Shivang has worked with HSBC, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ and a Promoter family office, where he managed transactions aggregating to USD 100 million.

Shivang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Birla Institute of Technology in India and a master’s degree in business economics from Delhi University.
