Steven Chod

Steven is primarily focused on real estate valuation and consulting for global institutional owners/operators of real estate. He specializes in valuations for purchase price accounting, financial reporting, portfolio valuations, fairness opinions, positive assurance of real estate investments, feasibility studies and acquisition due diligence.

His extensive experience includes the analysis of student housing, restaurants, office buildings, shopping malls, retail centers, apartments, self-storage facilities, industrial and manufacturing facilities, healthcare facilities, data centers, casinos and hotels. Steven has worked across the United States and in Europe, Canada, Mexico and South America.

Steven received his Bachelor of Science in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI designation) and is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in IL, CO, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, Ohio and WI.
