Toko leverages more than 20 years of experience in business development in Asia—including 10 years of experience working with risk management businesses in Southeast Asia.
Toko is a highly experienced risk management consultant with a remarkable track record at Kroll. Her expertise spans a wide range of investigative areas, including risk due diligence, market entry studies, competitor research, supply chain due diligence, asset tracing and internal fraud investigations. Her broad expertise in investigations, strategic insights and analytical skills have guided clients toward informed decision-making to mitigate their reputational risks and complex cross-border issues. Toko’s clients include Japanese trading firms, leading private equity and venture capital funds, banks, insurance companies, law firms and multinational corporations worldwide.
Prior to joining Kroll, Toko served as a business development manager at International SOS. She focused on selling medical and travel security assistance services, emergency medical support (including evacuations) and crisis management consulting to global clients. Her success in exceeding sales targets led her to manage larger businesses, serving both Japanese and multinational companies across the world. Before International SOS, Toko also spent time at Frost & Sullivan Malaysia, where she contributed to developing businesses related to market research.
Toko holds a Bachelors in Arts degree in International Politics and Economics Department from Aoyama Gakuin University, Japan.
