Tom Grant

Tom Grant is a Director in the Corporate Finance Advisory practice, based in London.

At Kroll, Tom’s work involves acting on both the buy-side and sell-side of transactions, providing transaction execution, process management, negotiation and transaction support, as well as providing debt advisory services.

Prior to joining Kroll, Tom was an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance practice at Grant Thornton.

Tom is a Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualified accountant. He spent seven years advising on several M&A transactions, across diverse sectors including industrial, business services, healthcare and consumer. He has experience of working with private equity, owner-managed businesses and private shareholders. He holds an MBA from Cranfield University.

Recent select transactions include the sale of O’Donovan Waste Disposal to Sortera (backed by Nordic Capital), Sussex Plumbing Supplies to IBMG (backed by Cairngorm), Celaton (a BGF asset) to VM.AV Corporate Services, Bourn Hall (a Mobeus asset) to Triangle Capital Partners, Pirtek (a PNC Riverarch asset) to Franchise Brands and the refinancing of Dunlop Aircraft Tyres (backed by Liberty Hall).
