Tony is an experienced IT professional, and he has worked with corporate legal departments for more than 20 years to implement technology solutions—primarily focused on matter and spend management but also in the areas of entity, document, contract and IP management. He has worked on IT projects across a wide range of industries, including automotive, insurance, pharmaceutical, retail, energy and banking.
Prior to joining Kroll, Tony worked as a senior consultant at June Consulting Group, which was acquired by Kroll in 2010, assisting clients with the implementation of matter and spend management solutions.
Tony has participated, on multiple occasions, in all phases of the software implementation lifecycle—from software selection and project scoping/pricing through system implementation and post-production support. He has worked with legal departments ranging from 10 to over 250 users and has interacted with all members of the department, including IT, paralegals, attorneys, management and the general counsel.
Tony is comfortable guiding or performing any tasks associated with software implementation, including project management, requirements gathering, system design and configuration, design and development of custom integrations, legacy data analysis and migration, system test planning and execution, user training and application support. The integrations have included accounts payable, document management, risk management, intellectual property, human resources and other systems. Tony has also managed developers and business analysts through all phases of a software project. He can communicate at a technical level with developers and can effectively discuss complex software concepts with non-technical users.
Tony holds a B.S. in industrial management from Purdue University, with a minor in computer science. He has also acquired numerous software certifications, including Passport and TeamConnect.
