She specializes in both delay and damages analysis, where she advises clients on a range of construction and engineering project disputes.
Prior to joining Kroll, Tracy worked as a mechanical engineer and in project management for a general contractor on large-scale construction energy projects. She has worked in engineering and construction on offshore oil and gas pipelines, natural gas fired simple and combined cycle power plants, co-generation power plants, fossil fuel fired power plants and on solar power projects. Tracy also has “hands-on” experience working as an estimator, R&D designer, subcontracts administrator, design engineer, site engineer, commissioning engineer and in vendor surveillance at fabrication facilities and in commercial management.
As an expert, Tracy has provided consultation and expert services on numerous construction projects domestically and internationally in the energy, industrial and commercial sectors. Her expert services work involves productivity analyses, delay analyses, change order reviews and standard of care reviews.
Tracy received a Bachelor of Science in engineering with a mechanical emphasis from Texas Christian University and a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
