William Lane

Bill is primarily focused on real estate valuation engagements for institutional owners of real estate, real estate investment trusts (public and non-traded), private equity firms, hedge funds, corporate clients and pension funds. Bill performs valuation engagements for financial reporting and tax purposes including purchase price allocation accounting, foreign ownership of real property, lease accounting and positive assurance.

Bill holds professional real estate designations including MAI and MRICS and is a member of the Appraisal Institute, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and NAREIT. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Missouri State University. Bill holds state certified general real estate licenses in states throughout the western region.
