From March 2021 through October 2021, Piemonte Holding ("Piemonte") acquired Oi S.A. ("Oi") and Globo Comunicação e Participações S/A ("Globo"). In addition, Piemonte sold an equity stake of its data center subsidiary, Elea Digital ("Elea"), to a private credit business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management ("Goldman Sachs").
