Kroll’s Aerospace Defense Government Investment Banking Practice Advised Space Vector on Its Sale to Fisica

Kroll’s Aerospace Defense Government Investment Banking Practice Advised Space Vector Corporation, LLC on Its Sale to Fiscia, Inc.

On April 8, 2025, Space Vector Corporation (“Space Vector”, “SVC” or the "Company") was acquired by Fisica, Inc. (“Fisica”).

Kroll’s Aerospace Defense Government (ADG) Investment Banking Practice served as the exclusive financial advisor to Space Vector in connection with the transaction.

“This transaction enhances our ability to serve customers across critical national defense and space domains and we see considerable opportunities for collaboration between Space Vector and Fisica. The augmented resources that come with being part of a larger but still entrepreneurial organization will accelerate Space Vector's growth. Kroll’s Aerospace Defense Government Investment Banking team was instrumental in helping us find a great partner for our business and we are very excited about the next chapter in our development with Fisica.”

Chris Yamada, CEO of Space Vector
