Solutionary Has Acquired VigilantMinds

OMAHA, NE - Solutionary, a leading provider of security services, has announced the acquisition of Pittsburgh-based VigilantMinds, also a provider of managed security solutions and professional security consulting. The company will remain known as Solutionary, and will service more than 300 MSS customers with 9,000 managed/monitored devices under contract. The companies plan a rapid and seamless integration to be completed over the next several months.

Steve Idelman, Solutionary's president and CEO is excited about the future for the integrated organizations. Solutionary's corporate headquarters will be in Omaha, Nebraska, and the company will maintain security operations centers (SOCs) in Omaha, Pittsburgh and Chicago. The core offerings will continue to be managed security services, security assessment and compliance management, and trusted advisor security consulting services.
