Ekaterina Timaeva Named to 2020 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A

Timaeva has more than 20 years of corporate finance and industry experience assisting both private equity and strategic clients with manufacturing, aerospace and defense, consumer products, telecommunications, distribution, logistics and healthcare services. She specializes in leading financial due diligence investigations, providing transaction accounting and structuring guidance, performing business pre-deal valuations, supporting post-closing purchase price adjustments and negotiations, and providing financial reporting and consolidation assistance, including registration statements and dispute resolution.
 
Timaeva is also a co-chair of Duff & Phelps Network of Women, an internal global initiative focusing on attracting, retaining and developing women, providing opportunities for women to grow, network and build lasting business relationships.
