Founded by Nenad Cvjetkovic and Gerben Bos, ACE Advisory offers comprehensive M&A, debt/equity capital raising and restructuring capabilities. The addition of ACE’s talented team of professionals underscores Kroll’s dedication to top-tier advisory services and its commitment to enhancing its financial and risk advisory services globally. Following this talent acquisition, Kroll’s capabilities in the Dutch market have expanded to include turnaround and restructuring management, independent business reviews, and debt and capital restructuring.
