Monique Melis Quoted in Global Risk Regulator

Monique Melis, Managing Director and Global Head of Regulatory Consulting at Duff & Phelps, was quoted in Global Risk Regulator in a story on the suggested impact of dedicated and comprehensive conduct regimes on bankers.

"If they take a balanced approach and don't go after people for administrative failures, but for real wrong doing, then we might be a good regime," says Melis.
