Julian leverages more than 30 years of experience specializing in governance, process and control assessment and optimization, organizational design, regulatory and controls assurance, business strategy, and transformation across all areas of the enterprise. His extensive experience includes collaborative engagements with boards, executive and divisional management, and regulators in the UK, United States, and Switzerland.

Prior to joining Kroll, Julian served as a Partner at EY for 12 years, having worked with the organization for a total of 20 years. Before EY, he held the title of Managing Consultant at Capgemini and began his career as a Finance and Risk Associate at J.P. Morgan.

Julian received a Bachelor's degree (B.Eng. (Hons) DIS) in manufacturing engineering with management from Loughborough University. He is also a registered Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA/CGMA) with the UK Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA).
