In September 2019, Centralized Showing Service, Inc. (“CSS”) has been acquired by ShowingTime.com, Inc. (“ShowingTime”). The transaction closed on September 5, 2019.

Duff & Phelps served as an exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of CSS and provided M&A advisory services in connection with the sale transaction.
