In November 2024, the shareholders and management team of CSi Palletising (“CSi”), a Netherlands-based, leading provider of end-of-line automation and palletising solutions, completed the sale of the company to Mpac Group Plc (AIM: MPAC) (“MPAC”), a UK-headquartered global leader in high-speed packaging and automation solutions.
