On October 22, 2019, SEMCO Aerospace, LLC ("SEMCO") was acquired by SK AeroSafety Group ("SK AeroSafety"), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Europe, L.P. SEMCO is a provider of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (“MRO”) services specializing in safety, survival and emergency components and equipment.
