In February 2018, Strait Lane Capital Partners, LLC ("Strait Lane") completed the sale of B&B Roadway and Security Solutions LLC ("BBRSS" or the "Company") to an investment entity controlled by Empeiria Capital Partners, LLC ("Empeiria"), in partnership with the Pohlad family and Huron Capital.
